Returns
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing adjustments once an order has been produced.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:
Include: Your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

Refunds
If a defect or error on our part is confirmed, we will offer:

Refund Processing:
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping
In the rare event a return is authorized:

Our Error: Monks of Ethos will cover return shipping when the return is due to our error (defect/damage).
